Students can choose from a range of catering options, including Bed and Breakfast, Half-Board, Full-Board, or Self-Catering. Furthermore, when possible, students have access to the kitchen, allowing them to prepare their own meals or warm up food as needed.

Moreover, when students choose Self-Catering, they must have access to the kitchen, allowing them to prepare their own meals or warm up food as needed. If they choose Bed & Breakfast, Half or Full-Board, you will have to provide them with meals. In this case, kitchen usage is optional and will depend on your preferences. You can choose which options you are happy to offer.

The accommodation must have a valid gas and electrics safety certificate. If you plan to host minors, additional security measures may be necessary, including a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which we can assist you in obtaining.

Laundry service should be provided on a weekly basis. If students require more frequent laundry services, you have the option to charge them for this additional service. The cleanliness expectations for the accommodation include providing clean sheets, towels, pillows, and maintaining a clean bedroom and house.

To enhance the students' language skills and cultural experience, you're encouraged to engage and socialize with them.

Student will have a house key and the option to lock their bedroom door, ensuring their privacy.

In the event of a student's cancellation with less than 7 days' notice, we will cover the cost for the entire week if a replacement student cannot be found.

Students are required to check in no later than 10 pm.

Student arrivals and departures are generally scheduled for Saturdays or Sundays.

Once you agree to host a student, our EP accommodation team will facilitate the exchange of details between the host and the student, allowing for communication and preparation before the student's arrival.
