The General French programme at EP Paris is designed to help you develop your French language and communication skills, giving you the confidence and ability to function in everyday situations. You will practise your listening, speaking, reading and writing skills through a communicative approach with the help of our experienced and qualified teachers. You will have multiple opportunities to learn and practise your French language skills in a variety of 'real-life' situations around campus and through our social programme. You will also be able to improve your pronunciation and develop your grammar and vocabulary range.
At EP Paris, we offer six levels of General French Courses, ranging from beginner to advanced. Our Beginner level class is great for new students with some reading and writing skills. If you are just starting out your French language journey, you can boost your learning with additional one-on-one classes. For those with strong communication skills, we have an Advanced General French class. If you want to learn faster, you should consider our 'Semi-intensive' course. This option is perfect if you want to prepare for an exam as well. If you prefer a more relaxed pace and want extra time to explore the city while you study, we recommend our 'Classic' or 'Semi-intensive' courses.
After you take a General French Classic at EP Paris, you should:

Why General French One-to-One?
Our General French One-to-One course allows you to learn French at your own pace and on your own time to achieve your language goals. We begin by helping you to discover language learning goals before creating a customised, one-to-one course that will cater to your specific needs, whether your goal is to enhance your French reading, writing, listening, or speaking skills. Moreover, we also give you an option to schedule your lessons with our qualified and dedicated teachers at your convenience.
Teaching Methodology
At EP Paris, as a part of our General French one-to-one course, we use a communicative approach to help you build your confidence in speaking French in real-life situations. We create plenty of opportunities to help you practise the new French language skills you that you built in the classroom. All your General French one-to-one lessons will be tailored to your needs and learning preferences. You will also receive homework that you will have to do before your next session.
