Shamil holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management and is CIPD qualified. With a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and people management, Shamil has worked across different regions excelling in sourcing top talent and implementing strategic HR initiatives. Shamil currently works as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Dubai, managing recruitment operations and supporting organisational growth through effective hiring strategies. Outside of work, Shamil is passionate about travelling, exploring different cultures, maintaining an active lifestyle, and spending quality time with friends and family.
