Young Learners programme

At English Path, our main priority is making sure that you are safe and happy while studying at our English language schools. We make sure that you receive the best level of education possible, while also having the time of your life! Therefore, to make this possible and maintain a positive environment at our schools, we have created a Code of Conduct which outlines our expectations for all students, parents and guardians. We kindly request that you download and read our Code of Conduct with your parents or guardians to ensure that everyone has read, understood and agreed to the information provided. Additionally, we have specific guidelines for parents and guardians of students under 18 who are enrolled on adult courses at English Path.

When you study with English Path, we ensure your stay is comfortable and well-organised. Our staff will arrange your accommodation, which will be in a student residence, as homestay options are only available for groups and in specific destinations. The mandatory EP transfer service from the airport must be booked in advance, unless parents or guardians are dropping students off directly at the accommodation.

Our programme is fully supervised, so students do not travel alone. On some occasions, we may use public transport, and in this case, a transportation permit will be issued to you. Alternatively, we may travel using our private transportation.

If you wish to leave the premises with a trusted adult, your parents must complete a permission form, granting approval. In this case, they will be responsible for picking you up and dropping you off at the accommodation or school, depending on the time of day. We are committed to ensuring your safety and making sure you feel confident throughout your stay.

When a student is planning to study on our Young Learner programme at English Path, we kindly ask that you complete a Parental Consent Form on their behalf. This form outlines curfew times and other important guidelines, which we request you follow when arranging these for the student. Please note that we cannot issue enrolment documents until we have received this form, so it is essential to submit it at the time of booking. The safety and well-being of our students is our top priority, and your cooperation in completing this form ensures that we have all the necessary information to keep our young learners safe and secure throughout their time with us.
